I started Amis Bookkeeping because I saw way too many business owners—especially in the horse world—feeling overwhelmed and guessing when it came to their numbers.
I’ve spent 20 years in finance and also have hands-on bookkeeping experience doing cleanups, monthly bookkeeping, and fixing messy situations. As a former QuickBooks Live expert, I know exactly what clean, accurate books should look like—and what quietly goes wrong.
And as a horse owner myself, I get it. I understand how barns and equine businesses actually run—the chaos, the moving parts, and how easy it is for the books to fall to the bottom of the list until it becomes a problem.
